The Role

We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Everstar’s technical vision and execution. You’ll guide a growing team of 7–10 engineers, set the bar for engineering excellence, and make the key architectural calls that determine how quickly we can scale Gordian. This role is both strategic and hands‑on: you’ll code, architect, mentor, and lead.

You are a leader who thrives under pressure, has the rigor to build safe and reliable AI systems, and the drive to own the mission end‑to‑end.
